Motel Policies

Cancellations

This reservation qualifies you for a full refund upon cancellation as long as you complete the cancellation request 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Bookings canceled after that will be charged a one-night stay.

Rates

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Credit Card Charges

If, upon cleaning your room there are stains, vandalism, theft or any other damage, including cigarette butts/vapor e-cigarettes inside the trash or room (including smoke smell inside the room) we will charge your credit card a $250.00 environmental cleaning fee. You agreed to these policies when you made your reservation through any of our booking engines where it is clearly stated we do not allow smoking.

Smoking

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

This is a NO Smoking or Hotplate room! This includes Vaporizers and Electronic Cigarettes and marijuana!! Your credit card will be charged $250.00 per room, per night if we find any evidence of Smoking of any kind/Vaping or Hot plate use in the room! PLEASE smoke only in the designated areas, not outside of your room!

Please do NOT dispose of cigarette butts inside the room!!

Pets

PLEASE DECLARE YOUR PETS AT CHECK-IN

We love your pets, however, for the safety of our guests, there are a couple of things you need to know. There is a small fee of $20 per pet per night. Every hotel/motel has a pet fee, and ours is on the lower end. If a guest is found with an UNDECLARED pet in their room, the guest will be billed a $250.00 fee and is liable for any damages the pet may cause. It's much easier to just declare your pet upon check-in and pay the pet fee.
